Kontrol Artist of The Month! Chanteuse Porcelan Debuts on Billboard w/ Hit Single, “Lois Lane!”

PORCELAN (@PorcelanMusic) has landed at the #15 slot on the Billboard Magazine R&B charts with her smash single, “Lois Lane”. The Apple Music Independent artist of the month alumni is this month’s Featured artist of the month for KONTROL Magazine (@KontrolMag).

“It feels amazing to have my song at the #15 spot on the Billboard R&B charts. This is something that you dream of, but to actually experience it, its just surreal“, says Porcelan. “I am just beyond thankful to everyone that has been supporting the song and myself – every radio station, blog, magazine, fans, everyone, again its just an awesome feeling“, she adds.

In regards to her KONTROL Magazine feature of the month – “Thank you KONTROL Magazine for such a great photo-shoot. I have been a fan of the magazine for years and to now be featured and made to look stunning, I could not be happier. Thank you to Julian and the entire team for such a great shoot and honor“, mentions Porcelan.

This past summer, Apple Music celebrated Black Music Month by selecting the “new, now and next” artist on the rise and Made In Memphis Entertainment’s own, Porcelan was featured in the R&B section of the Indie Music Month as the Independent Artist of the month for June 2018. The “Lois Lane” music video is currently in rotation on BET SOUL, BETHer, Much Music and Music Choice among other TV video platforms. Porcelan also made her debut at this year’s Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.
