After wowing the world Sunday night at the BET Awards, Chris Brown has released a new single “New Flame” featuring Usher and Rick Ross. Chris released the song on YouTube and iTunes early Monday.
The song is very catchy and easy on the ear. The song shows a softer, more “romantic” side of Chris that the ladies love to hear. Usher lends his legendary vocals on the track, not over shadowing Chris at all. The two R&B misters meshed very well on the new summer hit. Rick Ross also complemented the track with some cool and clever rhymes and swift melody.
I like that Chris released a dope, refreshing, and catchy pop R&B tune with Usher after all the ruckus that happened in his past. It’s also a pleasure to hear Usher coming back into his R&B roots. He can never go wrong when he lets his smooth voice dance over a rhythmic wave.
