KONTROL THE MUSIC ARTIST SPOTLIGHT
The unapologetic, charismatic, confident new age author turned rapper from Atlanta can write a autobiography & probably still wouldn’t scratch the surface of all that he is. The most recent explanation of the rebellious lyricist is his quest to the mainstream stage alongside his long time best friend in the new found rap duo called “PTSD” who recently released their debut EP “PSA” early this summer.
Reb3l, originally known as Patrick, received his fitting nickname in his early teens for his “go against the grain” attitude & refusal to fit into any social group. His experiences have influenced a catalog of poetry, original music & a myriad of freestyle covers of some of today’s latest bops from “Buss it” by Erica Banks to his most recent viral remix to Nicki Minaj’s “Seeing Green”.

The Atlanta raised Caribbean performer who also happens to be apart of the LGBT community, uses his intricate metaphorical writing style to capture the ears & minds of his listeners to take them on a lyrical journey no one would see coming. With influences from Nicki Minaj, T-Pain & Big Sean, Reb3l hopes to break stigmas & widen the lanes for more artists with genuine talent & creative wavelengths far beyond what the world has already seen.

Once I started matching folks energies I realized I be doing a lot just to receive the bare minimum in return.
