Letoya Luckett is One of The “Single Ladies!” Singer & Husband, Rob Hill Sr., Divorce After Two Months of “Marriage!”

This is definitely not the time for celebrity couples to drift off into “Happily Ever After!” It seems like these surprise divorces are coming out of the works daily now. Well singer/actress, Letoya Luckett and relationship expert, Rob Hill Sr., are joining Mary J. Blige, Kendu Isaacs, Ed Hartwell, and Keshia Knight Pulliam in Splitsville as they have filed for divorce after being married for a whopping two months!

This all comes as shocker to most, especially since no one knew they were married. Just last month, Letoya announced they were ending their engagement and now we learn divorce papers have been filed!

“We have a beautiful relationship. We’re not getting married at this point because we understand each other as friends, the right way. There are certain things she needs to do for herself, and there are certain things I need to do,” she said.

So what is up with these divorce papers if they were only engaged?

The divorce was just finalized, and according to docs it all seems pretty cordial — with such a short marriage there wasn’t much community property to divvy up.

The one celebrity difference — the clause about “Social media postings/public statements.” It states neither will make public statements about each other or “provide photos, videos, recordings or other documents” to media outlets and blogs.

That’s not typical divorce petition language, but the translation is clear: No leaked sex tapes here.

William Shakespeare was definitely right when he said in a Midsummer Night’s Dream, “The course of true love never did run smooth…” We definitely wish Letoya and Rob all the best, but we would like to know how, where, and when things went south between the two of them. Rob is, after all, a relationship expert. Is this what millennial marriage looks like? We will pass!

Hey Mikey!

WHO AM I? That’s probably what you’re thinking? It’s simple I’m this generation’s “Dear Abby!” I was raised in the Fourth Ward of Atlanta, educated in the School of Hard Knocks, and rescued by the concrete and steel of New York City. Life at best will always be bittersweet. The sooner you accept that, the better off you’ll be. I’d prefer to be on your sweeter side. Everyone needs a listening ear, extra shoulder, and open arms when life gets rough. I’m your new best friend, where it all goes south remember I’m a mouse click or tweet away. Hang in there kids, you’re gonna love kickin’ it with me!!! -Michael Jonvier
