Louis Vuitton has raised the bar yet again! This weekend they released the much-anticipated cruise 2017 collection at Oscar Niemeyer’s Niteroi Contemporary Art Museum in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday. What was very powerful about this occurrence is that despite the possibility of contracting the Zika virus, the fashion world was not scared to stand up and keep focus declaring war on the decimation of this scare and getting Vuitton victory.
“This setting inspired me right away,” said artistic director Nicolas Ghesquiere.” In addition, the museum is celebrating its 20-year anniversary and will reopen soon where according to sources four Louis Vuitton-sponsored exhibitions will be shown at the museum this year.
Many A-listers were invited and in attendance to include: Alicia Vikander, Catherine Deneuve, Jaden Smith, Zendaya, Doona Bae, Rainie Yang, Alessandra Ambrosio, Isabeli Fontana and Tao Okamoto who were present on the front row.

There was a full itinerary of the day which included:
– A party and visiting to some of the top spots in Rio de Janeiro’s.
– After the show guest enjoyed dinner and entertainment at Parque Lage, an expensive mansion which is placed at the foot of the historical Corcovado.
– There was brunch the next morning at a private resident in Santa Teresa.
– Planned activities include a helicopter tour of the city and paddle classes at Praia Vermelha.
