Are you a Maxxinista? If so, then you no longer have to shop the racks as T.J. Maxx quietly launched their e-commerce site yesterday. I’ve never been a shopper of T.J. Maxx, seeing as the stores I went to NEVER had the nice duds I’d see on the commercials but with the advantage of online shopping, I just may become a Maxxinista. 🙂
A spokesperson told The Boston Globe.
“Consumers like to shop all kinds of different ways, there are some people who shop online and because T.J. Maxx doesn’t have a website, that consumer might not shop at all. It’s a way to gain a new customer or an incremental sale from an existing customer.”
If you’re in the loop, then you know T.J.Maxx has a handful of stores around the country that are (unofficially) “Runway” stores that stock a whole lot more high-end designer merchandise than other stores. You can also purchase these items online as well. Check out TJMaxx.com to see if you feel in love like I did. (BTW: I am totally here for the handbags) Happy shopping!
