Michael Costello Gave Seduction And Sophistication For His Spring Collection

Michael Costello ain’t “worried bout a thang” for his spring 2015 collection.

When you think of Michael Costello, you think of a man who has been able to successfully launch a fashion career off a dream. That dream landed him on Lifetime’s Project Runway and later on their All Star’s segment placing him as top priority in the fashion world.

Costello’s mission seems simple in the fashion arena – allowing women to feel incredible, sexy and secure.

As a finalist in both seasons of the popular show, Costello didn’t need a “win” to solidify his talents. He was able to transition himself into a household name with a productive team behind him.

His designs have not only seen the red carpets of the Oscars and Grammy ceremonies, but Costello has been able to craft his designs for women who embrace their curvier figures. His clientele has included heiress Paris Hilton, reality star Kim Kardashian and the “Queen” herself, Beyoncé.

Costello’s resume doesn’t stop there. His publication features have included a cover of NY Times magazines and mentions in Marie Claire and Elle.

His branding and image alone have made him a sought after designer now for quite some time. He appeals to the senses of a woman’s need to feel elegant and regal.

With that stated, he was expected by the “who’s who” in fashion to deliver at this year’s NYFW. Costello’s Fall/Winter 2015 collection incorporated hip-hop elements with cultural touches that mimicked Parisian, British and Japanese axioms.

With a minimalist touch from each element, Costello didn’t disappoint at all. When an audience sees Costello’s designs, it’s not just the detailing that makes it worth a peek; it’s how each design resonates to heart of a woman’s confidence.

Costello’s 2015 collection highlighted black as its primary usage of color. Drenched in laced fabrics, silver sequins and a dark grey cast, his collection gave trans-formative prints that were innovative, dark but fresh:

As for the fellas, Costello left nothing out for us men to divulge in with our imaginations. He kept the line consistent with dark features and one hell of a Tuxedo:
