Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are currently in the midst of working out a mutually agreeable custody agreement, yet this latest 911 ordeal may not look so good on Robin’s behalf.
This all started after the ex-couples 6-year-old son, Julian told school officials about his dad Robin hitting him. Robin admits to spanking but denies “excessive physical force” as stated in the court documents. Paula then obtained a restraining order after Julian’s admission which limits his father to 3 visits a week with a court-appointed monitor present. DCFS has since cleared Thick of the allegations just one day after Paula’s claims.

Robin has come forward stating, Paula has tried driving a wedge between him and his son and is guilty of emotional abuse.
On Tuesday, TMZ released a 911 call from Julian’s nanny who was with him at Malibu park. She is heard saying, “We need you guys to just intervene because we have a court order document that the child doesn’t want to go with his father, he doesn’t have to go…”. She goes on to say “this child is literally begging me and everyone else to call 911 that’s how much he does not want to go”
“He’s 6-years-old, and literally begging every time he has these visits, the night before, the day before, he’s crying, he’s praying to angels, he’s trying to avoid it like the plague. It needs to end”

As Julian’s nanny I know that she’s concerned with his safety and welfare; however, how much of this story is believable? This unwelcome visitation upset has not been reported before. You also have to think about things being said by the parent who has him the most that may illicit fear in the child and causes him to react in this manner without there being any real threat.
