If you really can’t pick out the cause of stress and irritation in your life, the diet might be where you should start. Do you need even more studies and proofs to convince you how bad junk food is? Let alone the fact that you tend to put on many extra pounds, and it disturbs your mental health.
Waking up tomorrow and not going near fast food and junk food is way too idealistic. But who’s to say you cannot start small?
Make small but consistent changes to your diet to ease the stress on your body. If you don’t know what to begin with, lean protein and whole grains are good places to start.
