Day 1 of the most wonderful time of the year, New York Fashion Week! Today started off on a great note with the presentation of designers such as, BCBGMaxAzaria, Nike Levi’s Kids Rock, Richard Chai, and one of my highlighted designers of the day, Desigual.  Have fun! Be free and live life!  This was the message that I received from Desigual’s presentation of their Fall 2015 line.

However, before I continue, let’s check out these hairstyles! They were absolutely fabulous! Big hair was the look and tied in perfectly with the free spirited image that the show represented.

The fall/winter line’s colors and patterns said, “long live summer!” Usually people put their floral clothing pieces in the storage, but not Desigual. The beginning of the show displayed heavily printed ensembles that and then the show took a small detour and eventually flowed to more formal pieces. Desigual’s contemporary look and diversity was refreshing.

It was good to see Canadian Model, Chantelle Winnie Brown-Young. in the show and the diversity of all the models.
