VH1 announced that after nearly 10 years, they are bringing back the hit MTV reality show about the Royal Family of Rock ‘N’ Roll: The Osbournes!
This announcement comes after Sharon Osbourne said that the family would return for “six to eight episodes.” One of the main reason Sharon is acceptable to bringing back the series is to show a more sober-side of her husband, Rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy told BBC in an interview in 2009 that he was stoned every episodes and that he could bare to watch himself on the show due to shame. Sharon said:
“He looked back on his life and he said, ‘I wish we could have done The Osbournes now where I’m clean and sober.’ So much to talk about … Ozzy is coming up with his last tour with Black Sabbath.”
Maybe we will be able to understand what the hell Ozzy is saying this go-around since he’ll be less sauced up. Let us know what you think about the epic return of The Osbournes.
