There’s always a fashion week somewhere. And, this week that place is Norway! Well, that’s a long way from New York, but it makes Norway’s fashion week all the more interesting. If you can’t board a plane, read along and go on a journey for their fashion week recap with me.

OSLO Runway SS18 kicked off August 21. with an opening party and it’s first runway show with featured designer Nasjonalmuseet. Fashion week has continue with trendsetting designs, street style and the Bik Bok runway awards for young talented designers. OSLO runway debuted in 2015, giving a glimpse of Norwegian fashion for buyers and fashion gurus. With being only two years old Oslo is ahead of it’s time inspiring the fashion arena. Like all cities and countries with great fashion sense, Norway’s fashion week take place February and August. And, this year they have been able to partner with Mercedes, REDKEN and Max Factor cosmetics to name a few. This runway week has been nothing short of successful.
Norway’s street style was filled with press, fashion influencers and gurus wearing their best from head-to-toe.
Most of all, our favorite chic and edgy street style were nothing less than inspiring. Below check out some of our favorite street style looks for OSLO runway SS18 and take notes.
Above these stylish movers and shakers made their way to very unique runway shows of designers byTiMo, MAYOW, Fam Irvoll, Kjell Nordstrom Black rose by BvB, and Jargar Designs. Some featured designers runway looks were just as bold and unique as their brand names. Norway’s feature designers are new and fresh brands which have been worn by some celeb clients and feature as chic street style from Paris to Copenhagen in Denmark. We can’t wait to see what’s in store for OSLO in February 2018. But, one thing is for sure for some people fashion week last forever.
