Press on nails give me a 1990’s clueless vibe. They definitely make me think of the days as a child when I wasn’t allowed to go to the nail salon.

Are Press On Nails Replacing Nails Salons?
After not visiting a nail salon in months, I had someone recommend that I try press on nails. My first reaction was, nope not me, I will NOT be out here thinking I’m cute and have one of my nails pop off.

Recently, I’ve seen press ons used for run way shows and for those purposes they work great because it is convenient.
Despite my own insecurity of wearing these types of nails, the designs, colors, grommets etc are all so amazing and well crafted.

What I can say about these modern day press on joints are that they are far from your ordinary drugstore nails. These nails have been designed with precision and it is obvious that the nail technician spent quality time on each nail.

After deciding that will not be purchasing the nails from Walgreens or CVS, my friend recommended that I check out the Etsy website. I was so shocked to see the hundreds of Etsy stores that had handcrafted nails.
As a beauty junky, I am always willing to try certain beauty trends at least once before I rule them out.
Being that I am a hairstylist and do a lot of typing, we will see how well they hold up.
