Endless summer days are just upon the horizon. Warmer weather means more exposure of skin. This makes it evident who has been sticking to their fitness goals. It is literally crunch time if you are looking for a leaner stomach and overall better physique. Exercising has health benefits that not only keep you in shape, but increases energy, decreases stress, and improves sleep. If you plan on vacationing or partying this summer, all of these elements are sure to boost your level of enjoyment.


It is often hard to determine where to begin if you have been inactive for quite some time. The perfect playlist is a motivational factor to serve as a backdrop to your fitness goals. When music enters your brain, it triggers your pleasure center which releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter that makes you feel happy.
