Rihanna is not the only person collaborating with Puma lately. Former New York Knicks great, Walt “Clyde” Frazier and Puma are working to produce a newly revamped shoe called Puma X Clyde. The Puma X Clyde was originally a basketball shoe that focused on performance. However, eventually the shoe became immensely popular and turned into a style.
Walt Clyde was considered the NBA’s original fashion icon. Large hats and three-piece suits; Frazier was the face of fashion in the 1970s.
The shoe will be revealed around the perfect time, the 2015 NBA All-Star Weekend. The shoe will be a remake of the original Puma and Clyde collaboration.
Puma has come out with two videos that are a part of their five-part series to build anticipation for the upcoming shoe. Bobbito Garcia is the interviewer in these videos. You will get to hear Frazier talk about his life in New York City and his style.

To this day, you can see that Clyde’s fashion remains unique and will never conform to the latest trends.
I’ll keep you updated when the shoe is released.
Viva la fashion,
