Just recently I was over at a friend’s house and she had made this pumpkin dessert. I could believe I hadn’t thought of this! I’ve had so many different types of this but not PUMPKIN! Being a lover of most things pumpkin I couldn’t wait and had to try this immediately! She called it Pumpkin Fluff, this tasted just like the inside of the pumpkin pie without the crust!
This was actually more decadent than an actual pumpkin pie. It has the pudding and whipped cream that makes this so fluffy and light tasting. She served it with graham crackers but you could serve it with sugar cookies or if you’re like me you can just take spoonfuls! In the past weeks that I have known about this recipe, I have made it twice and find myself just taking spoonfuls of it throughout the day! This recipe can be liked by all ages and it is fun for kids to dip crackers or cookies into. With this recipe only having 4 ingredients and it all being added into one bowl at once you really can’t mess this treat up!

1 can pumpkin puree, 15 ounces
1 tub of whipped topping, 8 ounces
1 package instant Jell-O pudding French vanilla, 3.4 ounces
1 ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
2 sleeves of graham crackers, or sugar cookies
Fold all the ingredients together in a bowl. Try to keep the mixture light and fluffy. Place in a serving bowl and let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving with graham crackers or sugar cookies! Enjoy!
My disclaimer; I am not taking credit I created this recipe as I got it from a friend. I am just passing along a great recipe and idea that tastes wonderful for all my pumpkin lovers!
