Suicide Squad Movie Casts “Lost” Actor for Killer Croc!

Suicide Squad Movie Casts “Lost” Actor for Killer Croc!

Batman has some of the fiercest villains in comic history. One look at his rogues’ gallery and you will find yourself in awe and fear–Catwoman, Harley Quinn, Joker, Bane, Poison Ivy, and Scarecrow are just a few. Still none of these vivacious villains can stand up to the fury and sheer animalistic nature of Killer Croc! Killer Croc was born with atavism (click the link to find out more) resulting in a thick reptilian hide, immense strength, and razor sharp teeth and claws. In some interpretations he even has a tail!

Croc, unlike, the rest of The Bat’s villains also likes to EAT his victims!  Killer Croc has never appeared in any Batman or DC-related movies; his inclusion in Suicide Squad definitely means trouble for our team of anti-heroes. For this villain you would have to have someone muscular, brooding, and scary. Who better to portray him than former Lost and OZ star, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje!

Adewale is no stranger to comic book-based roles as he played both Algrim the Strong and the villainous Kurse in Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World. His size and build make him perfect for this role. Warner Bros. has yet to issue a comment on his casting but fanboys and girls everywhere seem to support the casting decision. His addition to the cast of Suicide Squad only adds more star power as Margot Robbie, Will Smith, and Jared Leto are already on board! Welcome to The DC Cinematic Universe Killer Croc!
