Water flushes toxins and carries nutrients to your cells. If you are even 1% dehydrated it can cause a drop in your metabolism. Drinking water can increase metabolism and drinking it before meals can result in fewer calorie consumption. Drink up! How much water you should drink depends on your size, weight, activity level and where you live. It is recommended to drink eight to ten 8-ounce glasses a day to stay hydrated and for weight loss. You may need to drink more water if you exercise regularly or sweat heavily.

Drinking at least eight 8-ounce glass of water a day will make you look and feel younger due to an increases in energy and healthier skin. Water is great for the skin and improves complexion. If you don’t get the recommended amount of water a day you will become dehydrated and it will show in your appearance. If your body lacks hydration your skin can become dry, tight and flaky. Dry skin has less resilience. It is important to drink water to prevent wrinkles.
