Water detoxification is a delicious way to stay healthy and hydrated during the summer.

Green Tea Detox
- Green tea- 1 bag
- Turmeric- ¼ tsp
- Cinnamon stick
- Water– 2 cups
Apple Detox Water
- Large sliced apple
- Cinnamon stick
- Pitcher of water
Lemons are strong liver cleansers. Lemon water aids in detoxification and boost energy and mood. Lemons enhance the digestive system and help the body to naturally eliminate toxins. The lemon juice detox is one of the best ways to cleanse the liver.
Lemon Detox Water
- Sliced Lemon
- Mint leaves- ¼ cup
- Sliced cucumber- ½ cup
- Ginger root- 2 inch
- Turmeric- 1 tsp
Directions:
Squeeze the sliced lemon into a 16 oz glass of water. Crush the mint leaves. Add crushed mint leaves and the sliced cucumbers to the glass. Slice the ginger root into four pieces and drop into the glass. Add the turmeric and fill the glass with water. Shake and chill overnight.
