Scissors
- Lay down on your back with your legs straight with arms to side.
- Bring both legs straight up towards the ceiling.
- Lower one leg down until it almost touches floor.
- Bring your leg back up and repeat with other leg.
20x 3 Reps
Speed Rotation
- Stand while holding one dumbbell with both hands in front of midsection.
- Twist 90 degrees to the right then 180 degrees to the left. (Keep your abs tight and move fast.)
- Bring to center. Alternate the side you start with.
10x 3 Reps
Russian Twist
- Sit on mat with our knees bent in front of you.
- Hold dumbbell with both hands.
- Lean back slightly and lift feet off the floor.
- Twist from your right to your left. (Keep abs tight for balance.)
20x 3 Reps

Side Plank & Hip Raise
- Begin in side plank position. (Keep abs tight.)
- Thrust your hips up making an arch and back down. Repeat.

Oblique V-Up
- Lie on your side with your body in straight line and fold arms across your chest.
- Keep legs together, lift them off the floor as you raise your top elbow to your hip.
10x 3 Reps
