The wait is officially over! Teyana Taylor looks to finally have a date set for the release of her debut album. For years the public has been waiting to hear a full body of work from the starlet. Without any further ado the time is now.
Def Jam has announced that Taylor’s approaching album is ready for release on October 21, 2014. The title of the album, VII, might just stand for luck, but there hasn’t been much said as of yet. The first single that’s been released, “Maybe” featuring both Yo Gotti and Pusha T has fans buzzing.
The first lady of G.O.O.D. Music will be performing on the Testimony Live Tour alongside, August Alsina, tacking off August 14. After a long time coming Taylor is ready to take the music industry by storm. With a backing and support system that includes Beyoncé we hope that this moment is unforgettable.
Nothing seems to be holding Teyana back anymore. Now that her album is fully completed with a date the can hear what the singer has been cooking for these past few years. To date she’s only released one major song entitled, “Google Me”, which the singer dreads the thought of. On a brighter note she still has the opportunity to redeem herself!
