Let’s face it, if you’re like me, then I know that you don’t want or have the time to research the prefect products for perfect skin. Hell! You’re a man, and what man really has time for that? Well you’re in luck, because this man does. I’m going to make it so easy for you, that all you’ll simply have to do is walk into your kitchen. Yes, You heard me correctly. Everything you need is in your kitchen, or for those of you who don’t cook, in your next-door neighbor ‘s kitchen.
Many of the ingredients that you use to flavor, enhance, infuse or prepare some of your favorite foods, also serve beneficial to your skin and healthy complexion. For those of you that actually cook, meet me in your kitchen. For those of you that may not even know where your kitchen is located, grab a pen and pad, and lets get your list together to take next door.
Oatmeal & Honey Scrub: The combination of oatmeal and honey creates the perfect facial and body scrub. Take 2 tablespoons of natural oatmeal and 2 teaspoons of pure honey, mix together, and simply apply to your damp face or body. Gently scrub in a circular motion. The honey works at treating blackheads and blemishes.
The benefits of oatmeal alone include:
-Oatmeal has anti-inflammatory properties and is perfect for most skin types, even the most sensitive skin.
-Oatmeal contains saponins, a mild cleansing agent
-Oatmeal helps remove dead skin cells
-Oatmeal can help treat acne, eczema, rosacea and rashes.
Cucumber/Cucumber Astringent: We have all seen the day old use of cucumber slices placed over the eyes to remove swelling and puffiness but, when juiced, and applied to the face, cucumbers serve as the perfect astringent to not only take care of puffiness, but also relieve skin from the irritations of shaving. Once juiced, simply take a cotton ball and lightly dab your entire face or just the irritated areas and let dry.

Coconut Oil/Olive Oil: Recently recognized for their healthy benefits for preparing foods, Coconut Oil & Olive Oil, also serve as a great moisturizer. Coconut oil can also be used to treat Cold Sores, and help speed up healing time, alleviate pain and reduce the risk of scarring or discoloration. Olive oil improves skin health, treats dry scalp, and has Anti-aging properties.
Lemon & limes: This pair provides more than just a color garnish on the rim of your favorite drink. They are both loaded with healthy vitamins.

-Can be used for brightening or lightening the skin
Waters: I saved the most important ingredient for last. Water is healthy skins best friend. You no longer have to drink eight glasses a day, but you do need to be drinking it everyday. Waters is essential to your health

-Helps to Energize Muscles
-Helps to keep skin look Great
