[VIDEO] “‘Tis The Season!” A Christmas Carol w/ Yung Joc & Mo Quick!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! It is that special time of year again and we could not be happier.

Gifts, food, family, friends, laughter, and merriment–that is what it is all about! Sadly for some, the times are not so happy or plentiful. Every year millions of families do not celebrate Christmas, not because they do not believe in it, but because they can’t afford to. A gift is unthinkable when it comes to food to eat or Christmas presents! Thankfully for one family there was hope and a whole lot of unexpected love!

The phrase “to give is better than to receive” rings most true during the Christmas holiday season. With Christmas coming up , we wanted to recognize the celebrities that make philanthropy a year round priority. On Wednesday, December 21st, Yung Joc and Mo Quick, from the Streetz 94.5 Morning Show sponsored a family for Christmas. The MCMMedia works team was able to get coverage of the sentimental moment. Check it out below!

This is truly heartwarming! It is so good to see people giving back to those who need it the most. Honestly though we all can strand to do more. This has motivated the staff of HeyMikeyATL to donate a few toys to the Salvation Army this morning. It is not much, but it is the thought that counts and we all have to begin somewhere!

The beautiful Mo Quick and rap star Yung Joc, are the newest members to the Streetz 94.5 family. Both are host on the new morning show called the “Streetz Morning Take Over.” We have to say the show keeps it poppin’! Yung Joc’s humor and flare with Mo Quick’s sassy ways make for an awesome show! Be sure to tune in every morning from 6-10 AM on Streetz 94.5 radio station, we sure will!

Hey Mikey!

WHO AM I? That’s probably what you’re thinking? It’s simple I’m this generation’s “Dear Abby!” I was raised in the Fourth Ward of Atlanta, educated in the School of Hard Knocks, and rescued by the concrete and steel of New York City. Life at best will always be bittersweet. The sooner you accept that, the better off you’ll be. I’d prefer to be on your sweeter side. Everyone needs a listening ear, extra shoulder, and open arms when life gets rough. I’m your new best friend, where it all goes south remember I’m a mouse click or tweet away. Hang in there kids, you’re gonna love kickin’ it with me!!! -Michael Jonvier
