WENDY WILLIAMS IS THE QUEEN OF TALK, WHILE QUEEN LATIFAH IS DEΑD LAST

The queen of celebrity gossip is now the queen of daytime talk, according to recently released ratings.

Wendy Williams is #1 in daytime talk, according to Shadow and Act. Williams took the top spot for women between 25-54, and even surpassed “Ellen,” “Live with Kelly & Michael” and “Dr. Phil.”

Distributors of the show released a statement about taking over the #1 spot.

“To have the No. 1 show in the category most important to advertisers, a record-setting household performance and phenomenal year-to-year growth is astounding. It is a lasting testament to Wendy, their fantastic team and the many stations across the country that have believed so strongly in Wendy. We couldn’t be more thrilled.”

Its a little sad but The Queen Latifah Show isn’t doing nearly as well as Wendy Williams. The ratings revealed that Latifah is in last place.

Wendy Williams is known for her no holds barred approach to celebrity news and gossip. Where most talk show hosts would cringe at the idea of breaking news about themselves, but Wendy Williams doesn’t mind at all. As a matter of fact, she prides herself on being bluntly honest about everything, including her life.
